Derek has worked within the Aerospace / Defence industry for over 25 years and has over 10 years of experience in training. It was whilst he was delivering his own courses discovered the need for a one-stop shop to organise the training facilities where you could be assured of quality of service from both the venues and in organisation of the course. A keen and successful businessman, Derek holds a clear vision for Objektum Venues, always seeking new opportunities whilst ensuring that the strong team are motivated, committed and enjoying their work.
Personal
When out of the office, Derek can be found making a noise on his motorbikes. His love of bikes is the reason Objektum Venues is a proud sponsor of the Moto Rapido Ducati racing team. He does have a softer side, he is the owner of 12 pet chickens including Drumstick, Goujon, Nugget and Tikka.
